BOAT USE, LAUNCHING OPERATIONS AND MARINA PROCEDURES
DEPARTURE BOOKING AND MANOEUVRES SCHEDULING
Departure bookings must be made via our APP, by email at info@boatcenter.pt, or by phone on +351 212 387 066.
Only manoeuvres within BoatCenter’s operating hours are accepted, and bookings are scheduled in 15-minute slots (e.g. 09:15, 09:30, 09:45, etc.).
Confirmation of bookings made after closing time will only be sent from 09:00 on the following day, unless the booking is made directly through our application.
Once the requested time is booked, customers must check the confirmed schedule, as multiple bookings may occur for the same time slot, which may prevent exact allocation of the requested time.
To avoid delays in launching other boats, customers must strictly respect the allocated time slot.
If any delay or cancellation is expected, customers must inform BoatCenter as soon as possible to facilitate operational logistics.
The launching and retrieval service is not available between 13:00 and 14:00. If you wish to schedule a departure within this period, it must be booked in advance by 11:30 on the same day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The management and allocation of storage spaces are the sole responsibility of BoatCenter.
- Storage services are not automatically renewed.
- In the event of non-payment by the due date, BoatCenter reserves the right not to renew the storage service, subject to prior notice to the customer. The customer shall have a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, from the due date or the date of notification, to remove the boat from BoatCenter's premises. After this period, BoatCenter reserves the right to apply the additional storage charges set out in the applicable price list or to take any legal action available.
- The right to use the contracted service is personal and non-transferable.
- Payment for this service is made in a single, non-refundable payment.
- Continuation of the storage service is subject to the completion of the recommended workshop services, which must be accepted by the customer.
- Boat Customers are always given priority in the allocation of storage spaces.
- The storage price list distinguishes between Boat Customers (boats purchased from BoatCenter) and Service Customers (boats not purchased from BoatCenter).
- Storage spaces are allocated according to the overall length of the boat, starting with boats up to 5.99 m, with pricing increasing in one-metre increments.
- Pricing is based on the boat's actual overall occupied dimensions rather than the dimensions stated in its registration certificate.
- Boats stored on their own trailer will be charged according to the total space occupied, including any additional trailer length.
- Trailer lighting boards must not be left in the storage area and must be removed by the customer.
- Each storage space includes a dedicated storage box for the boat cover, allowing the customer to leave the cover ashore instead of taking it on board when departing.

BOAT USE, LAUNCHING OPERATIONS AND MARINA PROCEDURES

- All boat launching and retrieval operations are carried out exclusively via the slipway and only by authorised BoatCenter personnel.
- Boats may only berth alongside the pontoons designated for BoatCenter, unless otherwise instructed by the BoatCenter dock staff.
- Upon entering the marina, customers must comply with all applicable safety regulations, proceed at a maximum speed of 3 knots, deploy the fenders and pay close attention to the manoeuvring space required by other boats already within the marina in order to avoid collisions.
- When berthing, the boat must be positioned so as to leave sufficient space for other boats to berth safely.
- Within the marina, washing the boat with fresh water for periods exceeding 3 minutes is not permitted, in order to avoid delaying the arrival of other boats.
- Boats must return to the marina no later than 30 minutes before BoatCenter's closing time. Arrivals after this limit will be subject to the late arrival surcharge set out in the applicable price list.
