Terms & Conditions - Parking & Maneuvers

The BoatCenter offers a collection service, covered and uncover parking, limited to existing spots, under the following terms and conditions:


EASY PACK – Annual
Parking / Annual Collection with Unlimited uses (maneuvers) or up to 20 Uses

SUMMER PACK – SUMMER
Parking / Collection from May to October with uses (maneuvers) unlimited, up to 20 uses or even 10 uses

WINTER PACK – WINTER
Parking / Collection from November to April with uses (maneuvers) unlimited, up to 20 uses or even 10 uses

WINTER PACK – WINTER
Parking / monthly Collection with up to 3 uses (maneuvers)

1.Parking services and collection are not automatically renewable
2.The right to use the contracted parking service is not transferable;
3. Payment for this service is a one-off, non-refundable charge;
4..Exist a different price list for Boat Clients (purchased on BoatCenter) and Service Clients ( boats not purchased on the BoatCenter);   
5. The Boat Clientes always have priority in the occupation of this service;
6.The spaces are delineated and staggered for boats: “up to 5,99m” and grow from meter to meter.   

1. The dimension occupied is that physically counts for the purposes of price list and not the mentioned in booklet registration;
2. To the boat parked in their own trailer add the size of the trailer itself;
3. The set of lights on the trailer cannot stay in the park.

  7. The owner is free to go to his boat within the BoatCenter opening hours and always should communicate with Front Office his presence in the park to register the visit.
In this situation it is responsibility of the customer to remove and place the covers as well as disconnect the power cutter if switch it on; 

         a)The owner has access to fresh water both on the pontoon and in the dry dock;
         b) Washing and other DIY from the customer are allowed for your boat in dry dock;
         c) The client is not allowed to start up engines in dry dock without prior communication and authorization. 

 8. It is not allowed to park cars between the corridors of the parking vessels, or in front of the gates of entry and exit of each pavilions.
 9. External vessel services are not allowed within BoatCenter installations;
 10. It is advisable to place total covers suitable for each boat for better protection of the same.
 11. It is advisable to purchase a plastic box to store the cover when the boat is on the water, so as not occupy interior space in the boat. 
 
 
Maneuvers and Dock Space
       1. The maneuvers of the boats are always carried out in ramp and only by technicians of the BoatCenter.
       2. Boat docking is only permitted in the pontoon space allocated to the BoatCenter, unless otherwise indicated by the dock service technician to another location.
       3. When entering the dock you must comply with the mandatory safety rules, with a maximum speed of 3 knots, place the fenders and take into consideration the maneuver space of third vessels already existing inside the dock in order to avoid collisions;
       4. At the dock, it is not allowed to wash the boat with fresh water for periods longer than 3 minutes, so as not to delay the entry of other boats. 
       5. Arrival at the dock must be no later than half an hour before the company's closing time.

Booking Maneuvers
 
       1. Maneuvers should be preferentially booking through our APP, email info@boatcenter.pt or fixed number +351 212 387 066;

       a) Maneuvers are only allowed within working hours and with 15-mintes intervals (ex: 9h15, 9h30, 9h45…); 
       b) Confirmation of appointments scheduled between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on the following day will only be sent from 9:00 a.m. on the same day. 

       2. In order not to delay the placement of other vessels in the water, the client must meet the scheduled time;
       3. If you anticipate any delays or waiver, you should communicate as soon as possible in order to facilitate the scheduled logistics;
       4.The slipway hauled up and down out does not work between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Therefore if you wish to leave during these hours, you must booking your maneuver before 11:30 p.m. on the same day.
